Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and may be shipped separately. For these items, a standard rate may be charged. Please note that orders shipped to NWT and Nunavut may incur additional shipping charges.

Pick-up
Arrangements may be made to pick up the order at our Vancouver, Canada location.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service Department during normal business hours at 604 339 5058

P.O. Boxes
Most internet orders ship via CanPost or USP. Shipments over 2lbs sent to PO Boxes may incur additional charges. Please contact Customer Service for details. For questions about our shipping outside of Canada, call: Customer Service: 604 339 5058 If you have after hours questions please use this contact form and a Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours.

No Brokerage Fees on Canadian Orders. We are very conscious of keeping your costs down on clearance and brokerage fees.

Express & Overnight
Express and overnight delivery orders placed after 10am CST will be shipping the following business day. If you have any questions regarding your overnight or express order, please contact 604 339 5058 during standard business hours (8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday). Any changes you need to make to the express shipping status must occur within one hour of placing the order or LEDCanada.com will assume the method is acceptable and proceed with delivery. If the order is placed outside of standard business hours, the LED Canada must be contacted before 10:00 am PST the next business day.
